Every item in our shop is handmade by Diane with care and attention to detail.
Processing Time
Because everything is handmade to order, please allow time for your item to be made before it ships:
• Standard items: 1–2 weeks
• Custom orders: 2–3 weeks
We'll notify you if there are any delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there's an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
